THE TERRAIN
Mica Mountain is ideal for your powder ski vacation, offering both open bowl and naturally-gladed tree skiing. The local weather patterns deposit vast amounts of snow to our area, and the average settled based is between 2 - 4 metres all winter long. The ski runs vary in length from 1,000 feet to over 3,000 vertical feet with an unlimited amount of skiing offered each day.

"Anyone from the first-time powder skier to the most experienced will enjoy Cariboo Snowcats."

Due to the incredible terrain features on Mica Mountain, our runs are largely straight fall-line skiing with no traversing of flat areas required.  This type of varying terrain allows us to customize the ski day to suit the ability of the group.  Anyone from the first-time powder skier to the most experienced will enjoy Cariboo Snowcats.  From the ridgetop, guest are treated to spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area, such as Mount Robson, the highest peak in the entire Canadian Rockies.

SKI GUIDES
All trips are led by professionally licensed guides. They have many years of wilderness experience and extensive knowledge of our local area.

They have the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides certification (ACMG), the European equivalent, (UIAGM), or the Canadian Ski Guide certification.  All possess a valid advanced first aid ticket and are trained in avalanche rescue.

For your added service, a tail guide also accompanies the group.
